Data We Collect

• ChatGPT messages you send to the Poker app and the app’s replies (needed to run the game logic).
• In-game actions (join table, bet, fold, chat) and hand history used for post-hand reviews.
• Basic technical logs from ChatGPT (e.g., locale, browser type, timestamp, error logs) for reliability and abuse prevention.
• If you contact support, the email address and content you provide.
• We do not collect payment details, ad identifiers, or precise location, and we do not place cookies beyond what ChatGPT itself uses.

How We Use Data

• Operate the game: seat players (you, friends, or the built-in poker AI), resolve hands, and display results.
• Provide post-hand summaries and improvement tips generated by ChatGPT.
• Maintain security and fairness (detect abuse, rate limits, spam, or collusion signals).
• Improve reliability through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Data Sharing

Poker runs inside ChatGPT using the OpenAI App SDK. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. If infrastructure beyond OpenAI is required (e.g., our secure game service), data is transmitted only to our processors bound by confidentiality and used solely to provide the app.

Retention

• Hand histories and game logs: retained for up to 30 days to support post-hand reviews, fairness checks, and debugging.
• Support emails: retained for up to 1 year to address follow-ups and legal requirements.
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics: may be kept longer for service quality trends.
• We delete earlier upon verified request where legally permitted.

Your Choices

• Request a copy or deletion of your hand history and logs by emailing support@jiqiren.ai.
• Stop gameplay at any time; no new data is generated after you end a session.
• Opt out of optional emails by using unsubscribe links or contacting us.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices for any systems that process Poker data. If we detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and relevant authorities where required by law.

Children

Poker is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable regions). If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy to stay aligned with OpenAI App SDK requirements and privacy laws. Material changes will be dated above and, where feasible, communicated within the app.
